About

Psychotherapy is a journey of self-discovery, where we explore the things that feel out of sync in your life, all within a safe and supportive space. It’s a collaborative process that helps illuminate the patterns and obstacles that may be holding you back.

Together we can clarify your sense of purpose and meaning, deepen your connection with yourself and others, and forge a fresh perspective on the world around you.

I offer a free, 20-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, explore your needs, and for you to learn more about how I work. It’s a no-pressure way to see if we’re a good fit.

When you’re ready to begin, we can schedule weekly sessions to support a more effective and meaningful therapy journey. Both consultations and regular 50-minute sessions are conveniently available online or by phone.

Anxiety, depression, chronic indecision, despair, loneliness, and lingering anger can often signal deeper, underlying issues that we may not be fully aware of. I work to understand the complexities of your current challenges and collaborate toward meaningful treatment goals.

As your therapist, I will guide you through a unique therapeutic conversation—one that encourages you to express your truest thoughts and feelings. This process allows your authentic self to emerge, and fosters personal growth and lasting change.

I believe that growth and transformation are possible at any point in life. I believe in your inherent right to thrive. I welcome the opportunity to work with you as you pursue your personal and professional aspirations.

I am deeply passionate about the transformative power of therapy. I believe that the work I do with clients creates a ripple effect, extending outwards to touch the lives of others. When we experience personal change, it naturally shifts the dynamics of our relationships and the world around us.

My approach is shaped by a combination of factors: my background in the arts, my professional training, my ongoing clinical practice, and importantly, my own lived experiences as both a therapy client and a parent. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and respectful space for my clients.

I offer a supportive space in my practice for patients of Toronto fertility clinics exploring assisted reproductive technology (ART). My approach is grounded in both professional expertise and personal experience—as well as a deep understanding of the emotional landscape surrounding fertility, including grief, loss, and attachment. I also have extensive experience working within the LGBTQ community.

My goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where each client feels safe to express themselves openly and honestly.

I am also a trained Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist. While legal access to psychedelic medicines remains limited in Canada, I offer psychedelic integration therapy only. This involves a series of sessions following—and sometimes preceding—a client’s experience with non-ordinary consciousness outside of the clinical setting.

Integration work is a crucial part of the psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, often considered as important as the experience itself.
