In therapy, I advocate for you to become who you are meant to be on this planet. I have personally worked with over 4,000 people living out their purpose. I coach, lead group work, and facilitate workshops and retreats. I accompany you while you heal and while you step firmly into your truth.

This perception is usually formed by our mental environment and is responsible for our emotional suffering. Our coping strategies have a way of taking over. We get stuck in loops of action or avoidance that hinder us or hurt others. Breaking out of these loops means looking inwards to the source, and then turning outwards to change what needs to change. In therapy, you give yourself space to build up your courage, and decide how you want your life to be.

We may feel confused, scared, unbalanced, or out of control. We suffer, but we sense that our life can be better. Making changes can be frightening and overwhelming, as we're forced to give up the familiar for the unknown. I specialize in helping people in their 20s and 30s find their way to a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Our bodies are our first source of support in this life. When trauma disrupts our connection to our body wisdom, access can be restored through self-awareness, meaningful human contact, and our bodies’ own power of self-regulation.

Early life experiences inform how we construct and move through our adult lives. But outdated models of relating or patterns of feeling can block growth and fulfillment. In therapy we work to strengthen the essential capacities you already possess, and support new ways of being and relating that better serve you.
