I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy, offering insight, tools, and a supportive space where you can feel safe to heal and grow. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO) and trained extensively at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. My work is rooted in helping people move through anxiety, relationship challenges, and emotional struggles with greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-acceptance.
