About
Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. In difficult times, we may try to push away our emotions to escape our circumstances. This might offer temporary relief, but unresolved issues often resurface as anxiety, depression, or confusion—signals that something within us needs attention and care.
Therapy provides a safe, confidential space where you can explore these challenges with a compassionate professional. Here, you can connect with your emotions, thoughts, and inner self in an open and non-judgmental space that fosters healing and personal growth.
I see therapy as a journey toward self-discovery and integration. As human beings, we experience emotions, thoughts, dreams and memories that shape our lives—some of which we may not be fully aware of. By exploring these deeper layers, we can begin to connect the dots, leading to greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
Unlike self-help or meditation, therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we create a dialogue where you feel supported, heard, and empowered to progress through life’s challenges. With curiosity, respect, and a nonjudgmental presence, I help guide you through difficult emotions and experiences, making them easier to face.
Therapy takes time and effort, but the rewards can be profound. By investing in yourself, you can unlock personal strengths, gain new perspectives, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to support you in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I strive to create a warm, open, and calming space where you can talk freely about yourself and your experiences without judgment. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood as we navigate your journey together.
Getting Started: A No-Cost Consultation
Our work begins with a free initial consultation. This is a chance for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you may have about the process. It’s also an opportunity for us to see if we’re a good fit for working together.
Our First Sessions: Laying the Foundation
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full session. In this meeting, I’ll learn more about you—your history, relationships, and personal experiences. This structured beginning helps us establish a strong foundation for our work together.
As therapy continues, our sessions will follow what’s on your mind. It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure about opening up. I aim to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable expressing yourself authentically. If you ever feel stuck, I’m here to gently support and guide the conversation.
Finding the Right Fit
Therapy is a deeply personal process, and finding the right therapist is important. Committing to an initial 10-session trial period allows us to explore whether we work well together. During this time, you can get a feel for my approach, and I can develop a clearer understanding of your needs. We’ll check in about how things are going, and if it turns out that another therapist may be a better fit, I’ll be happy to provide referrals or guidance.
My Approach: Integrative & Depth-Oriented
My practice is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy, a time-tested approach that explores how past experiences shape present emotions and behaviors. I also have an interest in mindfulness practices, therapeutic trance, and a holistic view of spirituality into my work, offering a flexible and personalized path to self-awareness and healing.
