Are you feeling down?

  • Maybe you’re facing fear, loneliness, or just a general sense of unease.
  • Perhaps your relationships are strained or your job is stressful and unfulfilling.
  • You might be grieving a loss or struggling with a past trauma.

Whatever the reason, you’re hurting, and that’s okay.

Therapy can help.

By understanding yourself better, you can break free from negative patterns and find ways to cope with difficult emotions.Therapy can give you the tools to:

  • Feel better physically and emotionally.
  • Be more compassionate towards yourself.
  • Live a more fulfilling life that feels true to you.

As the writer Marcel Proust said, “We don’t need to see new places to have new experiences. We just need to see things in a new way.”

Taking the first step towards therapy can be scary, but it’s a brave choice. Are you ready to start feeling better? I can help guide you on this journey of self-discovery.

Our Sessions

  • We’ll usually meet for an hour each week, and at the start of each session, we’ll talk about what’s going on for you right then.
  • Anything in your life can be part of our discussions – your thoughts, feelings, dreams, memories, experiences, even things you haven’t spoken about before.
  • This safe and supportive space allows us to explore your past and present together. As we do, we might uncover patterns in your behavior that may have been helpful in the past but aren’t serving you anymore, or might even be holding you back.
  • My goal is to be your guide as you explore your inner world. Through this process, you can gain a better understanding of yourself, identify your strengths, and learn to accept all parts of you. Ultimately, I want to help you reach your full potential and create the life you’ve always wanted.

My Path to Psychotherapy

Like many people, I’ve always been curious about why things happen in life, especially the challenges I faced growing up. This led me to explore different approaches to mind-body-spirit wellness, both on a personal level and professionally.

Some of the things that had a big impact on me were:

  • Studying different bodywork techniques
  • Exploring Eastern religions like Hinduism and Buddhism
  • Practicing yoga and mindfulness meditation
  • And most importantly, going through my own therapy

These experiences eventually inspired me to become a psychodynamic psychotherapist later in life.

My Approach to Therapy

My own journey of healing and learning informs my work as a therapist. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where we can explore your life experiences together. I am a graduate of the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy (CTP) program and a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT) and the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). I’m also committed to ongoing learning through workshops, conferences, and staying up-to-date on the latest developments in therapy.

I’ve been practicing psychotherapy since 2011 and became a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario in 2016. I can offer therapy sessions in both French and English.

Feeling comfortable with your therapist is key to a successful experience. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute consultation via video call. This lets us talk, get to know each other, and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask me any questions you might have about therapy or how I work. By the end, we’ll both know if we’re a good fit to work together.

Therapy sessions are offered remotely through a secure video platform for your convenience.
