About
I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, loneliness, and self-criticism, as well as family difficulties and relationship challenges including issues with intimacy. I also work with patients who are experiencing challenges with grief, difficulties with stress, self-esteem, and trauma. All are welcome.
Therapy can help. Therapy can be deeply transformative, helping you gain a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment in your life.
An insight-oriented approach helps individuals understand and process their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, leading to meaningful and lasting change. If you’re seeking an experienced therapist in Toronto, I’m here to help.

Psychotherapy helps clarify ideas about who we are and who we would like to be by giving words to our experiences, memories and emotions that we have not been able to find on our own.
Through finding new understanding and meaning, this process will lead to improvements in your well-being and mental health.
My approach is primarily psychodynamic psychotherapy. This depth-oriented, evidence-based method fosters insight into your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. This will allow you to live with greater contentment, intention, choice and fulfillment.
I provide therapy for adults. Everyone is welcome.
I provide psychotherapy that is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. With advanced training in psychodynamic and trauma-informed psychotherapy, I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches to create a personalized therapy experience that fosters meaningful and lasting change.
As a Registered Social Worker, I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Wayne State University, where I specialized in psychotherapy including attachment-focused therapy to relieve mental and emotional distress.
My office is easily accessible for clients across Toronto and the GTA, with free parking available. If you’re taking transit, I’m a 10-minute walk from Christie Station (Bloor-Danforth Line) and just 5 minutes from the College streetcar, making it convenient for those in the Annex, Liberty Village, Trinity-Bellwoods, Downtown and the West End.
Virtual therapy sessions are also available for clients anywhere in Ontario
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but a brief consultation call can help us explore how I can best support you. I’m here to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process with clarity and care.
I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to help you determine if we’re the right fit.
